we have a new site!

"The cobbler's kids have no shoes."

Here at h2o, we've been so busy working for you, our own site has been left on the edge of the pool; no swimming for 3o minutes after eating! But not anymore! With the launch of our brand-new site, completely coded and build in-house of course, we are striving to provide you with up-to-date information on what's going on in the deep end!

So, swim on by and take a dip, we hope you like what you see.

New Patio, New Time-Lapse

Local restaurant and favorite watering hole Gnat's Landing just expanded their hang-out area, allowing for more breathing room and ambiance. They called us just before construction started and asked if we could install one of our time-lapse systems to capture the whole process. Of course we gladly accepted!

Named in memory of the owner Boz's father, Connie's Courtyard (aka The Gnatio) is now open. Go see 'em! AND, of course, if you are interested in services like our time-lapse systems, just give us a shout.

h2o's Vodka Tasting and Rib-off!

On June 3, coinciding with downtown Brunswick's "First Friday" (were business's extend their open hours to mingle and promote commerce and fellowship), we went all-out in our first official participation! We partnered with the Jekyll Island Foundation to promote their line of Vodka and raised over $300 for the foundation!

What pairs the best with vodka? Not olives, not here. It's all about meat folks. We instilled the first-ever h2o Rib Off, featuring h2o partner's Ben Galland and Harlan Hambright. After a full day of smoking and a rigorous blind judging session by BBQ veterans Griffin Bufkin of Southern Soul BBQ and Henry Bechem of Right on Q BBQ, a winner was announced. Ben was declared victorious and awarded the coveted "Bubba Stik", however the judges were quick to note that "nether rib gave them anything to worry about."

Thanks to Jeff Betts, our Web Services manager, for these photos. He's also a sweet photographer.
